THHS Writers Academy goes on an overnight trip to Washington DC

From September 30 to October 2, the THHS Writers Academy went on an overnight trip to Washington DC. They explored various sights in Washington DC including the Washington and Lincoln Memorials, museums, The White House, and more.

Aidan Ng is a sophomore at Townsend Harris High School who initially started video editing as a hobby during the pandemic. It was his big sib who introduced him to The Classic in his freshman year. Aidan's favorite memory with the Classic was filming and editing The Witching Hour video with his big sib.

Ryan Chen, Managing Editor

Ryan Chen is a sophomore at THHS. In his free time, he loves to do anything related to cameras (with still photography being his favorite), and The Classic has allowed him to explore those passions. He's happy to be part of The Classic, which has always been welcoming, supportive, and full of amazing people running this one-of-a-kind newspaper.

Aki Benjamin, Editorial Board Manager

Aki is a sophomore at THHS. He loves writing, traveling, and eating. After being on the opinion team for one year, he is very excited to be editorial manager this year.
