Earlier today, Townsend Harris High School celebrated Founders’ Day. Former Assistant Principal Georgia Brandeis returned to host the ceremony, which featured a keynote speech by alumni Jesse Ash and Chantelle Aponte Pearson. In addition, Japanese and Music teacher Mariko Sato Berger presented a Townsend Harris History Quiz Show, and the seniors put on their traditional skit, called “The Hawkademy Awards.”
