Video: Go inside this year’s freshman scavenger hunt

Last month, the Freshman Grade Leaders hosted their annual Freshmen Scavenger Hunt. 63 freshmen competed in the event for the chance to win a $50 visa gift card, and the team, “Raising Cane’s” including: Logan Dookhram, Yuan Gu, Jordan Liu, Kai Powell, and Dashiell Metzner ultimately won the event, taking home the prize. Afarah is a freshman at Townsend Harris High School. She is a contributor in The Classic‘s multimedia department.

Meagan Yang, Managing Editor

Meagan is a sophomore at Townsend Harris High School. She is unsure of what her career goals are, but she hopes to find out before the college application process begins. Outside of school, she enjoys tap dancing, playing the piano, and musical theater. Her favorite Classic piece that she worked on is an article on the Class of 2028’s application process. It was the first article that she worked on and her introduction to The Classic. Her favorite Classic piece made by others is the Behind the Scenes of Freshiors S!NG video. She met a lot of her fellow classmates through S!NG, and this video captures all of the fun moments that she shared with them.
